Sponsorship Terms

1. Sponsor acknowledges the event is youth amateur sports.
2. Content and branding must be family-friendly and appropriate for minors.
3. No promotion of gambling, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, weapons, or adult content.
4. Event director reserves the right to approve or reject any application at their sole discretion.
5. Sponsorship does not guarantee exclusivity unless separately agreed.
6. Logo and business name will be displayed on the event website for the duration of the event.
7. Sponsorship fee is non-refundable once the invoice is paid.
8. Event director may remove a sponsor at any time if terms are violated.
